Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority has awarded a $129.3 million contract to construct a series of bridges between Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and Bluewaters Island, a $1.6 billion planned island that will become a mega theme park and tourism destination. The entire project includes construction of the world's largest Ferris wheel, a five-star hotel and hospitality and entertainment venues.
