ViacomCBS will give Showtime chief David Nevins additional responsibility as head of Paramount's television business under a sweeping overhaul aimed at providing more content for Paramount+. As part of the shake-up, Nickelodeon head Brian Robbins will become CEO of Paramount Pictures, replacing Jim Gianopulos.
