Black Rock City Municipal Airport only exists for one crazy week out of the year when the pop-up airport opens up for business to support the Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert. The airport is staffed by dedicated volunteers so that the 120 general aviation pilots who arrive to camp out for the week and the scores of charter aircraft have a place to land and take off.
