Federal Realty, Grass River Property and Comras Co. have purchased The Shops at Sunset Place in South Miami for $110 million. The same investors acquired CocoWalk in Coconut Grove in May. Dawn Becker of Federal Realty said that within 3 miles of the shopping center are 100,000 residents with an average household income of $120,000, making it an ideal retail investment. The group may redevelop and renovate the property.
