Memorial Pool in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, will reopen to season passholders June 11 and to the public June 12 following a $5.2 million renovation. The single pool now becomes three pools with features including multiple water slides, water amusements for small children and a diving board and lanes for swimming laps.

Homeowners should address nuisances such as swimming pools, playground equipment or nonoperational vehicles on their property while "being transparent and being forthcoming" with their insurer to avoid coverage-related surprises, APCIA's Karen Collins said. Swimming areas will likely have limited capacity this summer, require masks indoors and encourage time spent outside to protect against the coronavirus, says Allison Colman, director of health at the National Recreation and Park Association, and other experts.
