Two Windsor, Va., police officers -- one of whom has been fired -- are facing a lawsuit accusing them of drawing their firearms on and spraying a substance at a US Army officer who was in uniform during a traffic stop. The Dec. 5 incident involving Army 2nd Lt. Caron Nazario, who is Black and Latino, was captured on video and has prompted a criminal investigation by the Virginia State Police.
