Cecilia Cruse and Robert Dillion

Cecilia Cruse, MS, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with more than 30 years of experience in pediatrics, with school-based services that include preschool and Head Start, acute care and outpatient settings. She has written many professional articles and served as a trainer/consultant and service provider in several school systems. Cecilia is the Special Needs Expert for Mien Company, where she consults with learning environment specialists to make recommendations for inclusive and sensory-friendly spaces and classrooms. Robert Dillon has served as a thought leader in education over the last 25 years as a teacher, principal and director of innovation. He is the author of many books on intentional design in learning, including "Leading Connected Classrooms," "Engage, Empower, Energize: Leading Tomorrow's Schools Today," "Redesigning Learning Space," "The Space: A Guide for Educators", "The Space: A Guide for Leaders" and "Powerful Parent Partnerships."
