Julia Freeland Fisher is director of education research at the Clayton Christensen Institute and author of the “Who You Know: Unlocking Innovations that Expand Students’ Networks.” 

Marieli Rubio, partner and director at Career Launch, collaborates with educational institutions to enhance students' strategic social capital and career confidence. Her commitment stems from personal experience as a first-generation Latina college graduate who benefited from Career Launch programming as a student and her goal to support underrepresented students in their career journeys.
