Pete Paciorek

Pete Paciorek, Ed.D., is the head of Leadership & Character Development at IMG Academy. He has been a youth educator for more than 25 years and was a professional baseball player for a decade with the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres organizations. He is the author of the book “Character Loves Company: Defining the Teachable Moments in Sports” and is the founder of nonprofit organization Character Loves Company.
