Airlines for America and its members have proposed a new national airline policy that would allow U.S. airlines to operate more effectively and contribute more to the economy, writes A4A President and CEO Nicholas Calio. The proposed policy would lower taxes, cut inefficient and unnecessary regulations, support air traffic control modernization, stabilize energy costs and support the industry's global competitiveness.
