Kansas bill aims to create adult stem cell facility

Legislators in Kansas have introduced a plan to establish an adult stem cell research and treatment facility at the Kansas University Medical Center, to be called the Midwest Stem Cell Therapy Center. A hearing on the proposal could be scheduled within two weeks.
