Researchers identify 2 immune-boosting compounds in grapes, berries
Red grapes and blueberries contain two compounds that, in conjunction with vitamin D, appear to have significant immune system-boosting properties, according to researchers at Oregon State University's Linus Pauling Institute. "Out of a study of hundreds of compounds, just these two popped right out," said principal investigator Adrian Gombart.
