Springfield, Mass., has scheduled a public presentation of casino plans from three companies hoping to build a gaming facility in the city. Residents and business owners will be allowed to question Ameristar Casinos, MGM Resorts International and Penn National Gaming about their proposed developments on Dec. 11. "We are thrilled to welcome three high quality casino developers to present their proposals to the residents and businesses of the City of Springfield," Springfield Mayor Domenic J. Sarno said.
