Stanford researchers develop longer-lasting lithium-sulfur battery
Researchers at Stanford University have come up with a lithium-sulfur battery that they claim will keep a charge longer than lithium-ion batteries. "The Li-S batteries become pretty promising for electric vehicles," says Yi Cui, a Stanford professor of materials science and engineering.
