Construction of a new stadium for Florida's Tampa Bay Rays is feasible, says a group of local business leaders who looked into financing options. They estimate that building the roofed stadium would cost about $500 million -- excluding "land cost, parking garages or infrastructure," costing between $30 million and $150 million.
