U.S. economy could grow faster than expected in 2013, experts say
The economy in the U.S. could be considerably stronger next year than previously believed, leading to an expansion of 3% or better toward the end of 2013, according to some optimistic forecasts by economists. Demand for big-ticket purchases, the recovering housing market, looser credit for small businesses and the natural gas boom could boost growth and hiring, some economists said.
