Legislation to upgrade U.S. waterways, ports to be introduced
A bill to upgrade U.S. port and waterway infrastructure is set to be introduced by Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., and a bipartisan group of senators. The American Waterworks Act would "fix the way our ports and waterways are funded so that we can meet the challenges they face," Alexander said.
