N.Y. wind power program ups funding cap to $1M per turbine
New York's Public Service Commission increased the funding cap for one-turbine, on-site wind projects under the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority from $400,000 to $1 million. The adjustment was made in response to "market conditions," said PSC Chairman Garry Brown.
