U.S.-based Continental Wind Partners, which developed the biggest land-based wind farm in Europe, is looking for a buyer for a Romanian wind project that has the capacity to generate enough power for 400,000 households. Work on the Independenta wind project in Romania will commence once Continental secures a buyer, possibly in the first half of 2013, said project director Marta Pruszynska.
