About one-quarter of online video viewers in the U.S. say the quality of those videos on their mobile devices is "excellent," a higher share than viewers in Europe, according to a survey conducted by Rovi. More than a third of U.S. respondents are streaming movies with their smartphones and tablet computers, while almost one-quarter are streaming television shows on those devices, the Rovi survey found.
