China must take action to avert hard landing, World Bank says
There is danger that China's economic growth is slowing too quickly and the nation needs to adjust fiscal policy to avoid a hard landing, the World Bank said. The bank forecast that China's economy will expand 8.2% this year, compared with 9.2% last year and 10.4% in 2010.
