China's ZTE said its telecom equipment division will concentrate on high-end enterprise clients, given that communications systems for businesses remain one of the few growth areas for vendors. National security concerns have kept ZTE from grabbing a larger part of the U.S. market. ZTE has also said that it will work with wireless carriers on bringing its smartphones into North America.
