Survey: 69% of adults track health, most without technology
A survey by the Pew Research Center found that 69% of adults said they track diet, weight, exercise or medical symptoms for themselves or a loved one, with 49% of those saying they do it in their heads, 34% keeping track on paper and 21% using some form of technology. Thirty-four percent of those who track their health said they share their data with others.
