IT organizations that embrace the bring-your-own-device movement, especially consumer technology such as iPhones and Android devices, have happier employees, a more nimble business and greater sales opportunities, according to a survey. Respondents who embraced consumer technology were 73% more likely to say they've seen higher sales and more customer gains.
