Sam Wagar has been promoted to vice president of technical services at Price Chopper Supermarkets, and Paul Beletsky has been hired as director of meat merchandising. Wagar, who joined the company in 2008, has companywide responsibilities related to information technology. Beletsky, most recently at Wakefern Food, will lead the meat-management team and special projects.
