The Yahoo-Bing Network posted gains of 9.6% in the third quarter of 2012, comfortably outpacing rival Google, which grew 0.7%, according to a Search Agency report. The average cost-per-click for search ads increased 6% year-on-year, though it was 5.6% less than the previous quarter.
