Simon Property eyes Laguna Hills retail center redevelopment
Simon Property Group will be redeveloping its retail center in Laguna Hills, Calif., according to sources. The 847,000-square-foot retail center is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Sears and Nordstrom Rack. The redevelopment costs are expected to clock in at $55 million.
