Mondelez International is acquiring the Vitasnella snack business from Danone Group in its first purchase since spinning off from Kraft Foods. Danone will retain the Vitasnella brand for cheese and yogurt, while Mondelez will be responsible for biscuits, bread derivatives and snacks.
