A bill that seeks to reshape power markets in the U.K. as part of plans to encourage the development of nuclear and wind power is being tackled by the country's lawmakers. "The Energy Bill will attract investment to bring about a once-in-a-generation transformation of our electricity market, moving from predominantly a fossil-fuel to a diverse, low-carbon-generation mix," said U.K. Energy Secretary Ed Davey.
