TJX pays $200 million for online retailer
T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods parent TJX has acquired Sierra Trading Post, a Cheyenne, Wyo.-based online retailer, in a $200 million cash deal, the companies said Friday. In addition to Sierra's e-commerce operations, the deal also includes outlet stores in Wyoming, Idaho and Nevada.
