Report: Navy, Air Force budgets will flatline while Army's shrinks
A new report from the TechAmerica Foundation predicts that the Department of Defense will maintain its spending on the U.S. Navy and Air Force relative to its budget in the coming years, while the Army will have its budget trimmed. The report predicts an overall shrinkage in defense spending of 30% until 2017.
