The Cure Alzheimer's Fund awarded Massachusetts General Hospital a $5.4 million grant to use genome sequencing in studies designed to identify gene variants that affect Alzheimer's disease risk and how environmental markers may control them. Study results, which will provide clues on addressing the cognitive disease, will be shared with the global scientific community.
