Businesses can do an enormous amount of good, says B Lab co-founder Bart Houlahan. The key is to find a structure and governance system that allow companies to grow sustainably while helping their communities. "As you scale, it just gets more and more challenging, and there have been no real standards to go by. B Lab decided to do something about that," Houlahan explains.
