Government officials requested additional documentation on Chipotle Mexican Grill's employee hiring, including records on all of the company's employees dating back to 2007, the company said Thursday. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency launched its investigation of Chipotle in 2010 in a few markets, which resulted in the termination of 450 workers in Minnesota.
