Companies add internships with an eye on later hires
Many employers are looking for interns in hopes of hiring some of them as full-time employees after college graduation, experts say. The majority of interns in 2012 became full-time employees, and nearly 90% of interns who were offered a full-time position accepted it, according to the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
