Tiffany Hiscock

Tiffany Hiscock is a senior consultant at Vaya Group. She is an expert in several leadership assessment and development techniques, with her passion being to help others realize their full potential and reach their longer-term aspirations. Hiscock's combined love of people and science led her to play a key role in developing Vaya’s digital coaching and development platform, Vayability which leads to the development of successful leader habits across the leadership pipeline. Hiscock earned her master's in industrial/organizational psychology from Roosevelt University. She is a certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator, advanced certified in Hogan Assessment, Brain-Based Conversation Skills-certified through Neuroleadership Institute, and is currently obtaining her certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership at Neuroleadership Institute.
