Donna Spangler

After 35 years in public education as a leader, department chair of coaches, instructional coach and teacher, Donna Spangler blends heart and evidence to strengthen instructional and leadership coaching. She served as past co-president of the Learning Forward Pennsylvania board, ran a school induction and mentoring program for six years and has co-authored a book. As an Associate Senior Director of Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction, co-founder of Coaching Moves That Matter, and virtual coach for Sibme, she helps educators make the impact of coaching visible through data and reflection.
