AI Impact SmartBrief editors – Susan Rush, Michael Domingo and Victoria Martinez – are back for another round of AI chatter in this latest episode of “The Mostly AI SmartPod.” AI expert Bradley Stacey, director of enterprise AI at Future (SmartBrief’s parent company), stopped by the show to discuss AI in the enterprise and, specifically, how Future has moved beyond basic AI awareness to operational adoption by embedding AI into core business processes and products.
The company uses AI not only to increase productivity but also to unlock new possibilities, such as enabling deeper content coverage and rapid prototyping of interactive features while also ensuring that innovation aligns with user value and business impact. Stacey says the company emphasizes adaptability and continuous learning and encourages staff to challenge established processes and embrace the transformative potential of AI.
For business leaders looking to make “2026 their AI year,” Stacey offered this advice: “Just do something. Don’t get too distracted by the noise. If you get too swept up by the idea that there is something new to focus on every week, you’re not going to get anything done. [Make sure you are] really aligned with the fundamental purpose of your business, your users, your colleagues and the impact that you’re here to make.”
Plus, the hosts talk about data centers, Siri AI, Hasbro’s AI studio and what AI thinks about the New York Jets.
Martinez wraps up the episode with her “2-Minute Tech Pulse,” taking a look at upgrades rolling out for ChatGPT, Cisco Cloud Control and the battle of the billion-dollar IPOs.
