Kids Discover has created a free infographic and two e-books on cross-curriculum instruction. Designed for teachers and administrators, the resources discuss the benefits of the model, how to foster the right culture and steps for incorporating it into the classroom.

Students solve coding challenges in coding competition   

CodeRush is a coding competition, running through May 1, for students in grades 3-8. Students compete in teams to solve coding challenges for a chance to win prizes for their school or library.

Two technologists from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will talk about how they’re using the Internet of Things to make the student experience the core of its IT service management in a free webcast on Friday, March 24. The event, sponsored by Ink, will outline how they are doing this through a pilot with Ink’s smart printer solution.

Financial-aid platform aims to simplify, improve engagement   

CampusLogic endeavors to improve engagement between schools and students throughout the financial-aid process. The mobile platform helps students evaluate college costs, upload documents and review award letters, among other features.
