What does the future of work look like?

SmartBrief, in collaboration with our colleagues at TechRadar Pro, wanted to know – how exactly have employees attitudes towards work changed over the past year? We surveyed over 1,200 US-based professionals across our reader network, including managers to directors to business owners, with a 50/50 split between male and female respondents.

We began by finding out how remote work business practices might have changed in 2020. Then, we asked individuals how they feel about reentering the workplace and how employers are adapting and communicating with their employees.

See below for the full Infographic, which summarizes the key findings of our survey.
