Tenn. district faces shortage of highly qualified special educators

Clarksville-Montgomery County school district in Tennessee is experiencing a shortage of highly qualified special-education teachers, an official said. The district particularly needs special-education teachers who are qualified to teach subjects such as algebra and geometry and can work in the district's inclusion classrooms, each of which require two teachers.
