Demand for small, disadvantaged subcontractors intensifies for Guam military buildup

There is an increased demand for subcontractors to build facilities on Guam to meet plans for a U.S. military buildup there. The Navy's goals for this fiscal year is that about 65 percent of subcontracts go to small businesses, 16 percent to small disadvantaged businesses and 14 percent to small businesses owned by women.
