Workers should take advantage of education programs

A recent study of nearly 1,000 major U.S. employers showed 78% of employers provide some sort of education assistance options to their work force, most typically a flat-rate tuition reimbursement. But "tuition reimbursement is not a program that is highly utilized," one expert says, because companies fail to promote it.
