The Securities and Exchange Commission is embracing social media, says Mark Story, the agency's director of new media. Thanks to wholehearted leadership buy-in, the agency now uses Twitter, YouTube and custom mobile tools and microsites to reach investors. "Willie Sutton famously said he robbed banks because that's where the money was. We're using social media because increasingly, that's where investors are," Story explains.
