Paris Air Show sets the stage for technology partnerships

Amid a flurry of orders for aircraft, technology partnerships were also announced at the Paris Air Show. The National Research Council of Canada and a subsidiary of EADS plan to collaborate on research into composite and metal technology for aircraft. Meanwhile, a pairing between France's Dassault Aviation and Germany's DLR, the Aerospace Center, will work together on aerospace research.
