Spuds take center stage at French Fry Heaven

French Fry Heaven is winning fans with new twists on the traditional burger side, with a menu of toppings that turn regular and sweet potato fries into customized snacks, said founder and CEO Scott Nelowet. He opened the first of three units in 2010 and franchisees are slated to debut 10 more in the coming months.
