"Geotagged" photos monitor levees along Missouri River

The Army Corps of Engineers is using smartphones to take "geotagged" pictures and videos of levees along the flooded Missouri River to head off breaches. Instead of driving back to the office to file reports, investigators are e-mailing back real-time information to pinpoint potential problem areas.
