Are customers taking advantage of your return policy?

Creating a customer-friendly return policy might be a good idea, but you shouldn't forget that you still need to make money, writes Michael Hess of Skooba Design. Customers may occasionally take advantage of your generosity, but you shouldn't let that happen on a regular basis. "[I]f customers are blatantly running roughshod over your largesse ... you need to dial it back," he writes.
