Small beer makers face difficulties amid hops and barley shortages

Craft beers are likely to increase in cost because of rising costs for hops and barley as well as for shipping and bottling. Storms, a greater U.S. interest in craft beers, increased beer brewing in foreign countries and market issues have contributed to the shortage of hops and barley crops.
