Mass. doctor shortage worsens; practices close to new patients

A Massachusetts Medical Society report said the state's physician shortage is getting so bad that almost half of primary care practices aren't accepting new patients. The report said 10 of 18 physician specialties face either critical or severe shortages, compared with seven last year.
